Student - Costume Assistant & Maker, Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) Dates: (September 2023 – May 2024)

  • Supported the costume design and creation process for five university productions, collaborating closely with designers, directors, and performers.
  • Applied a range of skills, including garment construction, alterations, and fittings, to ensure costumes met creative and performance needs.
  • Utilized costume breakdown techniques, fabric dyeing, and hand-finishing methods to achieve period-specific and character-appropriate designs.
  • Maintained and organized costume inventory using tools like Costume Bibles, Sustainability Trackers, and Budget Forms to ensure seamless production processes.
