In 2022, I had the privilege of competing in the WorldSkills Wales competition, where I earned the Bronze Medal in Fashion Design & Technology. The challenge required me to reconstruct a garment using two white shirts and an additional material, with a strong focus on sustainability principles. It was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am proud to have showcased my creativity and craftsmanship.

Due to COVID restrictions, the competition was held online, requiring me to construct the garment remotely. I presented my design via video call to the judges, explaining my ideas, sustainability choices, and creative process while answering their questions. Achieving bronze in a competitive field of talented participants from colleges across Wales remains one of my proudest achievements.

My brother Benjamin Lewis also competed for World Skills Wales in 2019, winning Silver medal in Industrial Electronics. He was also selected to compete as part of Team UK at World Skills 2022 in China.

My sister Isabelle Lewis competed for World Skills Wales in 2024, winning Bronze Medal in Creative Make-up.
